NEW YORK - One of two men arrested in the beating of a motorist after a confrontation between an SUV and a group of motorcyclists will not be charged.

A video posted on YouTube shows the driver of a Range Rover bumping one of a pack of motorcyclists Sunday on the West Side Highway. The driver then flees the scene after the group surrounded his vehicle, hitting bikers in his path.

The video ends with bikers trying to break the windows of the SUV before assaulting the driver, which is not shown in the video.

Prosecutors dropped the charges against Allen Edwards for his alleged involvement in the incident. Christopher Cruz still faces reckless endangerment and menacing charges.

The driver of the SUV has not been charged.
