MOTT HAVEN - Tenants of a six-story Mott Haven building say their elevator has been out of service for the past six months.

One tenant says inspectors have gone to 283 Cypress Ave. on repeated occasions and have gotten the elevator to work, only for it break down soon thereafter.

Tenants say the building management company has ignored their repeated calls for a permanent fix to the problem.
