THE BRONX - The MTA has announced a Bx24 bus extension for residents living in Country Club.
The agency said during its mid-year budget hearing that it plans to shell out $7.9 million annually for new bus and subway services citywide, including in the Bronx.
The new Bx24 route will take people directly to Westchester Square from Country Club by way of the Pelham Bay station along Westchester Avenue to the Hutchinson Metro Center.
