MTA calls on commuters to sound off on service

THE BRONX - The MTA is calling on customers to take a role in their own commute and sound off on its service.

Officials want anyone who uses the subway, buses, rails, bridges and tunnels to register online for periodic surveys throughout the year. Participants must be 16 years of age or older.

After signing up, the MTA will notify commuters via email when a survey is available.
