MTA offering increased service during holidays

THE BRONX - The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is offering increased service during the holidays after months of delays and cutbacks.

The MTA says during the weekends there will be shorter wait times for the 2, 3, 4, 5, F and Q lines. The boost in frequency is only for the next three weekends in December.

The MTA says it hopes the increased service will make holiday trips easier.
