THE BRONX - The new Hostos Community College Center for Workforce Development and Continuing Education held a ribbon-cutting ceremony today. The $1.4 million investment expands the school's popular programs, from obtaining a GED to English as a second language. It will also hold adult literacy classes, college for kids and job training. The center is located in the former Bronx Terminal Market building on Exterior Street where East 149th Street intersects with River Avenue.
