THE BRONX - Tenants in one Parkchester apartment say new mailboxes have finally been delivered.

For three months, the United States Postal Service (USPS) had refused to drop off mail at 1535 Taylor Ave. because the mailboxes were broken.

Residents don't have access to their new boxes yet, but they are expected to be in full services in the next couple of weeks.
