THE BRONX - New legislation being introduced today aims to regulate ATMs on Bronx and city sidewalks.

Bronx City Councilman James Vacca says currently ATMs are not maintained, properly secured and don?t have enough lighting.

The bill would require each ATM be clearly marked with who operates it and how they can be reached.
