THE BRONX - New security rules are in place for air travelers as a response to the cargo mail bomb plot last month.

Transporting printer, toner and ink cartridges weighing more than one pound on passenger flights is now prohibited. All cargo from Yemen and Somalia is also banned.

Intelligence officials say Somalia may be the next threat in sending mail bombs on planes to the U.S.
