NEW YORK - New York Congressman Peter King says that the Boston Marathon bombings has shown that custom agents do not have the technology to determine whether foreign students are complying with their visas.

The politician called it inexcusable that agents don't have the ability to track the hundreds of thousands of student visas and their corresponding I-20 forms.

The criticism comes after two friends of bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev were charged in connection with the attacks, and it was discovered that they may have been in the country on student visas that were no longer valid.

The Tsarnaev family is meanwhile trying to figure out where to bury the older suspect, Tamerlan. No cemetery in the Boston area is willing to accept his body.
