THE BRONX - On the day before Election Day, mayoral candidates made a last campaigning effort for the city's highest office.
Frontrunner Bill de Blasio's focus is getting his supporters to go out and cast their votes.
Experts say both de Blasio and his Republican opponent Joe Lhota may be victims of low voter turnout during an off-election year.

Despite being behind in the polls, Lhota says he's feeling confident and optimistic.
Both candidates say they'll have significant ground forces in all five boroughs on Election Day, including lawyers in case of any polling issues.
