THE BRONX - The New York Post is reporting that more than 30 people are planning to sue Metro-North in the wake of last month's deadly train derailment in the Bronx.

Metro-North confirms that 36 claims against the railroad have been filed since Dec. 1.

Investigators say the train, en route to Grand Central Station, was going 82 mph when it entered a 30 mph curve in the Bronx neighborhood of Spuyten Duyvil.

Four people were killed and nearly 70 were injured in the accident.
