THE BRONX - A new generation of chefs and caterers is coming, and they're Bronx born and bred.

A program called Next Generation Caterers is giving teens and college-aged students a glimpse into the food business.

It starts from scratch, teaching everything from meal preparation to menu planning, and it gives its interns a chance to make cooking a part of their futures.

The program is sponsored by the Children's Aid Society.
