THE BRONX - The man accused of killing a livery cab driver last month appeared in court again Monday.
News 12 previously reported that Nicholas Sanchez had moved back a hearing date after selecting a new attorney. He is accused of second-degree murder in the Sept. 21 shooting death of Mamadou Barry.
Sanchez has maintained his innocence and declined to testify before a grand jury. The grand jury will decide whether prosecutors will move forward with the charges.
