THE BRONX - A Norwood business says it is still struggling to return to normal after a fire forced it to close for renovations. The fire forced Ming Wong Chinese Restaurant, on Bainbridge Avenue, and 13 other businesses to close last October. Lin Meng, the owner of the restaurant, says her business is down 30 percent since reopening.

She says she has tried to generate business by creating a new vegetarian menu and running a newspaper advertisement. Without a steady income, she says she will not be able to continue paying her rent.
