THE BRONX - Norwood residents say they're on the verge of a meltdown over an icy walkway that has not yet been touched by the city.

People heading into Williamsbridge Oval Park complain that the sidewalks are slick and dangerous. One man even says he’s fallen down twice on frozen patches.

Neighbors are demanding that the city break down the ice and clear the sidewalks around the park before someone gets hurt.

Friends of Williamsbridge Oval Park members are also frustrated because the organization had fought for years to get the park's five walkways put in place, and now those walkways are a hazard.
