THE BRONX - The New York Yankees hosted their 23rd annual holiday food drive at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx Wednesday.

For every 30 pounds of food donated, the Yankees handed out two tickets redeemable at any 2017 regular season home game.

The Yankees, along with the Helping Hand Clergy, will deliver the food donated during the drive to families in-need around the Bronx. They will also distribute over 2,000 food vouchers.

One group collected over 4,000 pounds of food to donate toward the drive.

The Yankees say they handed out 400 tickets so far.
