THE BRONX - With the flu season reaching its peak, the NYC Health Department is reporting that flu-like symptoms are increasing citywide.

Doctors say residents should be extra careful in times like this and everyone should make sure to wash hands and cover mouth when sneezing to avoid spreading germs.

Dr. David Listman says it is also important to note that it is not too late to get a flu shot, and it is always worth taking the time to get one.
