NEW YORK - A Bronx woman was shot and killed outside a nightclub in Manhattan's Flatiron District early Monday morning.
Police say 24-year-old Walinque Faussett died instantly after being shot in the back.
Investigators say Faussett and three of her friends were awaiting a taxi at around 4 a.m. when a man who was apparently thrown out of the nearby Motivo nightclub returned to the block and opened fire.

Bouncers told police that the suspect had told them he would return with a gun when they kicked him out.
Faussett's father says his daughter had never met the suspect and only rarely went out because she was a mother.
Two other victims are in serious but stable condition at Bellevue Hospital.
