THE BRONX - An off-duty NYPD officer accused of DWI and manslaughter has been released on $15,000 bail.

Luis Arnao, 25, allegedly ran over 22-year-old Tyre Chisolm, of Williamsbridge, early yesterday morning on White Plains Road. Police say Arnao, who has been an officer for two years, was drunk.

Chisholm's family says funeral arrangements are being made for later this week in The Bronx.
