THE BRONX - Police will be ramping up their presence across the borough starting tomorrow, when potential Halloween hijinks could happen this weekend.

Police say they are discouraging store owners to sell eggs in bulk. Community members are also stepping up by organizing safe, family friendly events.

Cops will also be on increased alert right through Halloween on Sunday.
