Obama look-a-like roughed up at deli

BRONX - Bronx resident Louis Ortiz often receives attention for his similarity to President Barack Obama. However, he recently found himself in the middle of a fight with a hospital police officer.

Ortiz says the officer and him were exchanging insults at a neighborhood deli when the officer punched him on the side of the head.

In retaliation, Ortiz threw a nearby grapefruit at his assailant. Two days later, Ortiz went to file a complaint with the Health and Hospitals Corporation but was instead charged with a disorderly conduct violation.

The officer has been suspended with pay pending an investigation. Ortiz says he may file a civil suit for his aggravation.
