WASHINGTON - President Obama is scheduled to sign historic health care legislation into law Tuesday.Obama is expected to sign the bill at 11:15 a.m. at the White House, surrounded by aides, Cabinet members and Democrats who helped push the legislation through.Under the newly passed legislation, insurance companies will not be allowed to deny coverage for a pre-existing condition and uninsured adults can be covered by their parents' policies until they're 26. Over time, the bill will provide coverage to 32 million uninsured Americans. However, Republicans in 12 states who oppose the bill say they plan to file a lawsuit.
