THE BRONX - For the second time since becoming the nation's commander-in-chief, President Barack Obama will address the nation tonight from the Oval Office.

In his speech, the president is expected to officially mark the end of the U.S. combat operation in Iraq, which lasted seven years.

Obama will also honor the sacrifice of the U.S. military, which lost more than 4,400 troops during the combat phase of the mission in Iraq.
