Officers from Blue Knights NY 2 take charity motorcycle ride to Van Cortlandt Park

THE BRONX - Hundreds of law enforcement officers took a motorcycle ride for a cause in the Bronx over the weekend.

The Blue Knights NY 2, a group of both active and retired officers, organized the charity ride as part of the 31st Annual Suicide Run.

The group all joined together and revved up their bikes to finish at Van Cortlandt Park.

Some joined the ride from as far away as Montego Bay, Jamaica and California.
