THE BRONX - The weather showed no sign of cooling off Friday as stifling temperatures reigned over the borough.

Temperatures soared into the high 90s and the humidity made it feel in the triple digits.

People in Hunts Point were among those trying to go about their daily routines, but it was harder for some who had to work outside in the blazing sun.

The heat wave is expected to break on Sunday.
