THE BRONX - A judge granted an alleged hazing victim an order of protection against the three Bronx Science High School students accused of hazing and sexually assaulting the freshman today.

Pier Berkamns, Bou-Bacard Diallo and Thomas Brady were arrested and are charged with forcible touching, assault, hazing and harrassment of a freshman teammate back in February.

The allegations include touching the victim's genitals through his clothing on numerous occasions and inserting their fingers into the freshman's anus through his clothing.

Today, the judge served the students with orders of protection, and reminded them that they can have no contact with the victim.

The defendants are no longer at the school, and all track team activities have been suspended. They are due back in court on July 15.
