Organization hopes to inspire youth through art

THE BRONX - A mentoring program has created a mural hoping to inspire youth in The Bronx.

The mural, on display on West 190th Street, was created by the organization BOOM - the Bronx One-on-One Mentoring Program.

Organization members say they work with at-risk youth in The Bronx to keep them involved in the community and off the streets. The group is also hoping to raise money after losing some federal funding.
