Owen Dolan Park reopens in Westchester Square

THE BRONX - The long wait for a usable park in Westchester Square is now over.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to officially reopen the renovated Owen Dolan Park, which had been featured by News 12 in 2008 for its poor, rundown conditions.

The revamped park features a stage for outdoor concerts and new benches, and will have community events each Saturday throughout the summer.
