The owner of a Bronx building where a ceiling collapsed has been issued a violation for failure to maintain the structure.A 12 by 14-foot piece

THE BRONX - The owner of a Bronx building where a ceiling collapsed has been issued a violation for failure to maintain the structure.

A 12 by 14-foot piece of ceiling fell in a Williamsbridge apartment on Saturday at 1191 East 214th St.

The couple who live in the building have been able to return since the collapse.
