THE BRONX - Students from P.S. 205 helped kick off the Bronx Zoo's an annual toy drive, which has an added purpose this year.

Toys are distributed every holiday season to the families of local service members and veterans, but donations will also be going out to the youngest victims of Hurricane Sandy.

Toys are also being collected at the Central Park, Prospect Park and Queens zoos. The Wildlife Conservation Society is giving out a free ticket to the zoo to anyone who donates.
