HUNTS POINT - Music students at one Bronx school put their talent to use by making their very own music video using Katy Perry's hit song 'Roar.'

The music students at P.S. 48 say they love Katy Perry and couldn't wait to sing her song. They say the song makes them feel happy.

Music teacher Melissa Salquero says the kids learned so much from the experience. She says they are more confident.

The kids have made other videos in the past and have even won a national prize of $50,000. The students say their ultimate goal is to have Katy Perry come pay them a visit.
