THE BRONX - The parents of a young special-needs child say they are filing a lawsuit against the bus matron, driver, bus company and Department of Education over an incident that left the girl at the wrong school.

Daisy Garcia was 6 years old when her father says she was forced off the bus at P.S. 14 in Feb. 2010, even after informing the matron and driver that her special-needs school, Leake & Watts Charter School, was another 2 miles away.

Her mother said after the incident that she would ride the bus with her daughter to ensure that the incident never occurred again.
