Workers from the city?s Department of Parks and Recreation removed dangerous branches today from a tree that left Morris Heights residents concerned for their safety.Branches

MORRIS HEIGHTS - Workers from the city?s Department of Parks and Recreation removed dangerous branches today from a tree that left Morris Heights residents concerned for their safety.

Branches from the tree were leaning on power lines earlier this week at 179th Street and Burnside Avenue.

Residents say they are relieved the city removed the branches.
