The city Parks Foundation is making a push to help senior citizens stay fit this fall. Bronx residents age 60 and older can attend free

THE BRONX - The city Parks Foundation is making a push to help senior citizens stay fit this fall.

Bronx residents age 60 and older can attend free yoga and tennis lessons on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Pelham Bay Park. On Mondays and Wednesdays, Soundview Park will host walking and yoga classes.

Van Cortlandt Park is also holding walking and yoga classes four days a week.

The citywide program runs until Nov. 2.
