WOODLAWN - People braving the harsh cold say it's painful as they waited for their trains and buses home.

Commuters at Woodlawn Station say the single-digit temperatures made it difficult to wait outside, especially with delays from icy roads.

Some people say they will be dressing in layers and putting on extra socks to try and keep warm while temperatures remain frigid.
