THE BRONX - The mayor of Philadelphia made good on his part of a World Series bet in the Bronx Friday.

During the Series, New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Mayor Michael A. Nutter made a bet that the losing mayor had to wear the winning team's jersey while helping with a volunteer service project in the winning team's city.

Nutter was at the Albert Einstein School in the Bronx for a painting project. Both mayors are founding members of Cities of Service, which is a coalition of mayors working to increase volunteer efforts.
