Police say a 12-year-old was rushed to Lincoln Hospital earlier tonight after being shot in the left leg.Shots were fired at around 6:30 p.m. on

THE BRONX - Police say a 12-year-old was rushed to Lincoln Hospital earlier tonight after being shot in the left leg.

Shots were fired at around 6:30 p.m. on 157th Street, between Gerard and Walton avenues.

It is unclear whether the boy was the intended target. Police are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
