THE BRONX - Four men in the Bronx were arrested today for running a heroin mill out of an apartment on Starling Avenue, police said.

Authorities said they seized approximately $1 million worth of heroin that was packaged in ready-to-use envelopes.

Antonio Yalxon, Jose Polo, Wilson Rodriguez and Luis Lara are charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years. They are due in court next month.
