Police: 2 more arrests in Mace Ave. shooting

THE BRONX - Police say they've arrested two more men who were allegedly involved in a fatal shooting over a cell phone back in August. After more than a month on the run, police now say they've arrested Luis Guzman, 19, for first-degree murder. Officers also arrested Hercules Griffin, 18, for his alleged role in the shooting.
