THE BRONX - Police say they are looking for a 24-year-old suspect who shot a man in Norwood. 

They say it happened on April 8, inside the lobby of 3425 Kossuth Ave.

According to police, 24-year-old Luis Reyes walked up to another man and after a brief argument Reyes pulled out a gun and shot the man in the right arm and the back, then ran away. Police say the victim was treated at Jacobi Medical Center and later released. 
 
Reyes is described as being 5'9" tall, weighing 160 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
