NEW YORK CITY - Police say three people are facing criminal charges for allegedly base jumping off of the Freedom Tower on Sept. 30.

Investigators say they are reviewing video footage from the surrounding area as well as some photographic evidence.

The suspects are facing criminal charges including burglary and jumping from a structure.

The investigation comes just days after a 16-year-old was arrested and charged for sneaking past security and climbing to the top of building.
