Police: Boy spots abandoned car in Bronx River

Police say a car that was found floating in the Bronx River Wednesday was most likely stolen and dumped there since no bodies were found

THE BRONX - Police say a car that was found floating in the Bronx River Wednesday was most likely stolen and dumped there since no bodies were found inside.

Police say the discovery was made by a boy who was fishing at the river. They say he noticed the vehicle and then called 911.

Authorities describe the car as a blue Audi. The area around the river was sealed off as police worked to pull the vehicle out of the water.
