THE BRONX - A Bronx contractor is now facing charges for allegedly stealing money from a job site in upstate New York.

Police say Damion Brown stole materials and equipment worth $5,000 from the home where he was hired to do work. They say Brown refused to give back the equipment even after the homeowner asked him to.

He is facing burglary charges.
