MORRIS HEIGHTS - Police have arrested a teenager who they say shoved his 9-year-old neighbor off their apartment building's roof.

Casmine Aska, 17, was arrested for allegedly pushing 9-year-old Freddy Martin off the roof of their Nelson Avenue building Friday night, sending him falling five stories onto the concrete. Martin was rushed to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital with severe body trauma. Martin's grandparents say he underwent surgery on his arm and leg.
