Police ID teen fatally struck on Grand Concourse

THE BRONX - Police have identified the teenage girl who was struck and killed by an SUV on the Grand Concourse as 16-year-old Zuleimi Torres.

Police say Torres was walking home on Thursday when she was struck by an SUV that kept driving. It hit two other people before crashing into a fence.

Sources say the driver has a mental condition. Investigators say the driver will not face charges.
