BROOKLYN - Police say a green Acura Legend that was involved in a hit-and-run Sunday is registered to a Bronx woman.

Cindy Jasmin, of Eastchester, owns the vehicle that investigators say hit 22-year-old Erin Phelan and 23-year-old Alma Guerrera while they were crossing Flatbush Avenue. However, police cannot confirm whether she was driving the vehicle at the time of the hit-and-run.

The car was left abandoned at Pacific Street and 4th Avenue.
