THE BRONX - Police have identified two suspects wanted in connection with a fatal shooting earlier this month.

Cops say they're looking for 33-year-old Manuel Cortez and 39-year-old Kola Mirdita. The men allegedly shot through the front door of his apartment on East 183rd Street.

The victim was hit in the head and rushed to Saint Barnabas Hospital in critical condition, but later died.
