A Hispanic man was left badly beaten during a hate fueled attack in the Bronx, police say.

THE BRONX - A Hispanic man was left badly beaten during a hate-fueled attack in the Brooklyn, police say.

The incident happened on Jan. 11, in front of 611 Van Siclen Ave. around 4:40 a.m.

Police say two black men approached a 36-year-old Hispanic man from behind and struck him repeatedly with a metal object.

One of the suspects began to punch and kick the man while making anti-Hispanic slurs before running away.

The victim suffered lacerations to his face and was transported to Jamaica Hospital where he was treated and released.

Police released surveillance video of the suspects who are described as being between 14 and 18 years old, and were last seen wearing hooded sweatshirts and sweatpants.
