A man is dead after an argument turned

A man is dead after an argument turned into a shooting in Van Nest.

THE BRONX - An argument ended in the fatal shooting of a Bronx man early Monday morning, police say.

Police say Johnathan Roche, 29, suffered gunshot wounds to the leg and torso at 2086 Bronx Park East around 2:30 a.m. He was pronounced dead at Jacobi Medical Center.

Police say the victim got into an argument with a 25-year-old man in apartment 2G. 

Neighbors who live inside the building say they heard at least five gunshots.

Police say the suspect dressed in an all-black sweatsuit and black skull cap. He remains at large.
